Delivery Information

We will endeavour to send out orders placed before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday.

Orders that are placed on a Friday after 1pm will be sent out the following Monday.

All orders are sent out in plain brown boxes.

All orders are sent via a recorded and insured service.

*As you would expect, deliveries to remote locations may take longer to arrive than mainland deliveries.  Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE1-3), Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (GY, JE) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) will be sent via a Royal Mail Tracked service.

You will be asked to provide your email address and a mobile telephone number during checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you to notify you of a delivery date/time.

Please note: Delivery dates or times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused. Our “Next Day” service is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service, however 99% of the time, deliveries are next day.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent out in plain brown boxes with only an address label attached to the outside.

To ensure discretion there are absolutely no references to the contents on the outside of the package.

The “Return address” is stated as 3PL Logistics which is the name of our warehousing company.

Returns Policy

Faulty Items

We operate a 1 year returns policy for faulty goods.

In the unfortunate event that you have a faulty item you need to return, please complete a Return Request form and we will email you details of how to send the faulty item back to us.

On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.

Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made, you can return the item to us within 14 days.

Please complete a Return Request form and we will email you details of how to send the item back to us.

Returned items must be:

  1. Unused
  2. Returned in their original packaging (including any shrink wrapping, seals etc)
  3. Have the original documentation enclosed
  4. Received by us within 14 days from the date you receive your order

 Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be unsuitable for resale. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. 

The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.
